Job Description:
- Source for best-fit candidates through niche market research, key profiling assessments and interviews
- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates
- Conduct cold calls to obtain names of candidates and map the structures of prospective client organisations
- Market mapping and focused headhunting in specific talent pools for client’s search assignments
