Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in job processing and coordination of orders
- Issue job tickets and related documents
- Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to meet delivery schedule
- Coordinate internally with operations department to ensure customers requests are met in time and accurately
- Provide admin support to management
Requirements:
- 'A' level / Diploma and above
- Able to work independently & a good team player
- High initiative, hardworking and willing to work long hours
- Speedy, responsive and like working in a fast moving environment
- Training will be provided for selected candidate without relevant experience
- Experience in printing industry an added advantage
- Proficient in MS office
