HD Admin Support
Main Responsibilities
- Process HD Admission documents
- Data entry for HD applications
- Scheduling of clinic and orientation appointments
- Ensure patients’ database is updated in a timely manner
- Assisting in the operations of Admission Clinic and Patient Orientation
- Generating and validating of basic reports
- Prepare letters via system or MS words for mailing
- Scanning and printing of office documents
- Ensure files are kept in order
- Contribute and ensure that the department meet its KPIs
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualification (Related Field)
- At least a Diploma and/or with relevant working experience
Experience
Preferably experience in healthcare industry
Soft Skills
- Team player
- IT savvy
- Able to work independently.
- Able to speak a second language (Mandarin or Malay) due to Demographic of patients.
- Comfortable to work with patients.
