3x Contract Research Admin Assistant
Degree / Diploma in science / psychology is $1600 per month
32 hours per work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8am to 5pm), Sat on ad-hoc basis
1 month renewable contract, need candidate who can renew up to End Nov / Dec 2024
Candidate is based at either Tampines / Punggol Polyclinic
(But it is a runner role – Hence need to cover Punggol/Sengkang/Hougang (For candidates based at Punggol) OR Tampines, Pasir Ris, Simei, Bedok (For candidates based at Tampines)
Start work from 1 Aug 2024
Clinic locations:
- Punggol Polyclinic x 2
- Tampines Polyclinic x 1
- Applicants to live in close proximity to clinics (Punggol/Sengkang/Hougang ; or Tampines, Pasir Ris, Simei or Bedok)
- Should be flexible to assist in covering sites upon absence of aother
Work schedule/duration
- Able to work - 4 day work-week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8am to 5pm (with 1 hour break). No Wed
- Saturday: 8 am to 12.30 pm (Ad-hoc, about 1 to 2 sat per month). If worked on Sat, there will be time off in lieu for weekdays
- Working hours per week will be 32 hours per work week
Handling enquiries from interested study participants (parents), assist to prepare prior to, during and post-study participant visits, data entry/management, coordinate/schedule participant visits, daily operational duties etc. Research study will be centred around children.
