- Design and implement observability systems for software applications
- Monitor and analyze system performance data
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues
- Work with development teams to implement and enhance application performance monitoring/logging.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest observability tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- More than 4 years years of experience working with observability tools
- Proficient in Java programming
- Experience with Unix and AWS environments
- Experience working with observability tools such as Elastic, Kafka, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
