Job Summary:

The Nursing Home Receptionist welcomes visitors, handles calls, manages mail, and supports administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:Greet visitors and residents.
    Answer and forward calls.
  2. Administrative Support:Handle mail and deliveries.
    Keep reception area organized.
    Assist with scheduling and data entry.
  3. Resident and Family Interaction:Help residents and families with inquiries.
    Coordinate with staff for resident needs.
  4. Safety and Security:Monitor entrance and report concerns.
  5. Miscellaneous Duties:Support special projects and events.
