Job scope:
- Supervise property maintenance, ensuring the facility and grounds are in excellent condition.
- Manage preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
- Keep accurate maintenance records to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery.
- Review maintenance data to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with contractors for maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to extend the life and reliability of infrastructure.
- Respond to user requests and complaints, handling minor repairs.
- Support external contractors during major repairs and installations.
- Conduct routine and complex maintenance on production machinery.
- Adhere to quality, health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Preferably has a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent certification.
- Have a strong understanding of facility electrical infrastructure systems.
- Have solid practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical work.
