IT Coordinator

Your mission
To provide support to our employees and students for the IT, audio-visual and technical solutions and infrastructures related to the defined scope of responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include
- Provide first level technical support for setup, installation, maintenance and troubleshoot of IT and Audio-visual infrastructure of EHL Campus (Singapore), in collaboration with Digital department in Switzerland.
- Support digital department in Switzerland in implementation, deployment, releases and updates of technical hardware and software.
- Act as the single point of contact for internal/external client of EHL Campus (Singapore).
- Provide remote support services to other entities and client of EHL Group (China/India).
- Keep abreast with latest technologies and proactively propose new solutions to improve quality of services.
- Collaborate with EHL Group Information Security Officers to ensure effectiveness of the cybersecurity and data protection of EHL Campus (Singapore).
- Participate in communication of the latest solution and technologies to internal and external clients of EHL Campus (Singapore).
- Participate in training for new employee and students.
- Participate in the establishment of procedures and written documentation for the deployment of applications and services.
- Collaborate, share and communicate actively within departments, and other offices across other Campus.
- Setup and manage events and activities, such as online class streaming or online exams.
- Install and manage audio-visual system for events.
Prerequisites and personality
- Bachelor degree or Polytechnic diploma in computer science, electrical engineering, audio-visual systems engineering, or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or related field;
- Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud administration;
- Knowledge of networks and database systems.
- Knowledge of audio-visual control systems - Extron, AMX;
- Ability to manage projects;
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Versatile, good team spirit, autonomous, strong service and quality orientation, as well as very good interpersonal skills, problem solving oriented.
