Job Description:
- Incident Resolution: Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users or detected through monitoring.
- Apply code fixes or patches to address incidents Perform Unit Testing on fixture.
- Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other team members to resolve incidents efficiently.
- SR Implementation: Implement requested features or changes based on SR requirements.
- Integrate new functionalities into existing systems. Document changes and updates for future reference.
