We are seeking a dynamic Operational Manager cum Swim Coach to join our team. This role requires a professional who can manage operational tasks effectively while also providing high-quality swimming coaching. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Excel and comfortable communicating with expatriates.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle any disputes and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate with team members and provide support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data using Excel.
- Communicate effectively with clients (parents and children).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Swimming Coaching:
- Provide swimming coaching to children of various skill levels.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to swimmers and their guardians.
Requirements:
- Proficient in swimming (no certification required; will be certified upon joining the academy)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Workday: Monday to Friday (~44 hours per week).
- Good in Microsoft Excel and word.
- Experience in operational management and swimming coaching is a bonus
- Travelling to client's place is required.
