About Us: Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to Muslims in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services.

Job Summary: This is a 6-month maternity coverage contract. The executive officer will oversee daily administration and operations, assist the Management Committee, liaise with stakeholders, manage the Food Fund, coordinate meetings, compile reports, inspect facilities, support staff, handle donations and queries, manage procurement, plan events, and perform additional tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Serving as the primary contact for our partners such as mosques, schools, volunteers, and donors.
- Managing and coordinating our Food Fund, including ordering food, issuing receipts, and reporting.
- Researching best practices to improve our orphanage services.
- Organizing meeting spaces and refreshments, and handling documentation for meetings and reports.
- Conducting kitchen inspections and supervising housekeeping to maintain high standards.
- Handling remittances and assisting staff with purchases and training applications.
- Managing public donations, answering calls, and maintaining financial records accurately.
- Supporting the procurement process and inventory management.
- Assisting in organizing company events and activities.
- Collaborating with our marketing and communication team for home-related projects.
- Providing coverage for colleagues as needed and performing additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
- A diploma/degree in any field
- Possesses at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within similar sectors or organizations.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and interaction skills
- Possess strong work ethics such as integrity and professionalism
- A team player with patience and passion to serve the less fortunate in the community
