Shop Supervisor
As part of the ba&sh team you will be expected to help develop the brand with dedication, enthusiasm, and elegance. You must be a role model on selling floor.
Main responsibilities
•Provide the highest level of customer service & the professional suggestions and complete the sales performance goals actively
•Maintain the overall image of the store in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines
•Organize and manage inventory
•Leading & motivating employees to achieve targets.
•Assist shop manager for shop operations work, people management & field training .
Requirements
•Have 2-3 years prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment
•Demonstrate outstanding customer service
•Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Be a WeChat, Little Red App and Instagram user would be a plus
•Be dynamic, proactive and a team player
