Job Title: Contract Manager, Exhaust Treatment


We are the market leader for Exhaust Gas Cleaning systems on ships. Our ambition is to ensure that the shipping industry remains the world's most environmentally friendly means of transportation.


This is a permanent opportunity, and preferred location for this position is Singapore.


About the Position:

What will you be doing:

As Contract Manager, Exhaust Treatment, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

· Execute assigned contracts in accordance with Wärtsilä procedures, the Contract Management process and general management practices in a safe and cost-effective way.

· Prioritises actions leading to increasing customer satisfaction

· Continuously develop understanding how to create value for customer and customers business

· Develop understanding for own organization what is required to ensure renewals of contracts

· Plan, budget and manage result for the work under scope of contract

· Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc. tied to the contract

· Communicate with identified stakeholders as per procedures, including internal reporting

· Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution.

· Manage the contract result and customer satisfaction

· Execute Customer Relationship Management via Salesforce


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

· Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent experiences in the related field

· Good understanding of contracts, financial principles, and a strong business acumen.

· Structured and have a well-planned way of working with a focused and can-do attitude.

· Good co-operation, teamwork, communication, and IT skills

· Min. 3 years working experience in the marine and offshore industry.

· Good practical knowledge and understanding of Marine Industry are a plus.
