Job Description
The Component Services Division (CSD) is an essential arm of our aviation operations, composed of diverse departments collaborating seamlessly to ensure the efficient management and provision of services related to aircraft components. As a member of the CSD team, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities contributing to the overall success and reliability of our aviation services.
General Responsibilities
1. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined service delivery.
2. Manage resources and assets to meet operational requirements and optimize overall efficiency.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders or vendors to support effective component turn around processes.
4. Analyze operational data and recommend continuous improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Oversee the planning and provisioning of resources to ensure optimal asset utilization.
6. Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to fleet maintenance and ensure compliance in all operations.
7. Explore and implement innovative technologies and software solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall fleet performance.
8. Monitor and manage the return of aircraft components, ensuring timely closure of associated orders.
9. Monitor and control cost, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising on safety or quality.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Degree in an Engineering field from a recognized university
2. Applicants without relevant experience are also welcomed
3. Working experience under a (Insert Scope) context in the aviation industry would be an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
5. Good communication and writing skills
6. Attention to details, conscientious
7. Able to think analytically, work independently and make good judgment
8. Able to work well under pressure
9. Able to priorities workload and meet required deadlines
Selected candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager or Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
