Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage the projects that assigned by the management with agreed project framework
- Projects include events, campaign and various kind of marketing works
- Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Plan for the resources for effective project delivery manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs in order to meet budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage and develop the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders, serve as the point of contact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (lead multiple end-to-end projects)
- 5-8 years of event management and related experience, large scale Event Management industry experience will be a plus
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong can-do attitude and target oriented mindset
- People person with good rapport building skill
- Love sports will be a merit
