Job Description
1) In charge dough room, seafood preparation room, hot kitchen, packing room, dry store.
2) Schedule driver time table for delivery and planning of staff roster.
3) Inventory management.
4) Work closely with Head of Culinary for menu creation and research and development on new dishes.
5) Ensure proper food preparation and quality control in accordance with guidelines.
6) Ordering of food ingredients.
Job Requirements
1) Good interpersonal skills.
2) Well organised with proper planning.
3) Minimum of 5 years experience.
4) Professional Certificate.
