Job Title: Accounts Executive (ID8240)
Location: Gul Circle, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM
Salary: $2500 - $3500
Job Description:
Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
Prepare, process & enter all financial entries in the SAP Finance system accurately
Prepare bank reconciliation on timely manner
Handling petty cash and staff claim
Maintain proper filing of documentation and records
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Minimum diploma in accountacy or at least 3 years experience in accounts
· Experience in full set would be an added advantage
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Must be able to meet deadlines
· Experience in SAP is preferred
