JOB DESCRIPTION


Human Resource Department:

  • Create and maintain the schedules for support and academic departments
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to contribute to the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Provide support in various recruitment-related tasks and projects.
  • Manage job fairs, headhunt and hiring platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, including contracts, policies and handbook.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Coordinate arrangements for covering leave requests.
  • Maintain employee records and inform Directors about timeline for confirmations, increments, evaluations, promotions, and reviews.
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and regulations.
  • Manage HR matters for affiliated companies.

Operation Department:

  • Develop, implement, and review processes, procedures, and training materials.
  • Oversee daily operations and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Centre Managers and support staff on administrative matters.
  • Report to Management weekly on operational matters and follow up with various departments.
  • Monitor competitors and generate ideas for revenue and a better working environment.
  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for company goals and profitability.
  • Handle processes for various programs/projects (intensive, camp, workshop, webinar, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
