Strategic Campaign Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of selected clients and develop their marketing strategies. Strategically plan, develop and oversee comprehensive global campaign objectives, metrics, messaging frameworks, creative direction, channel selection, budget allocation, and tactical execution plans. Some examples:
  • Campaign planning – campaign structure, channels, budget breakdown, timeline, journey mapping, etc.
  • Multi-Touch ABX campaign proposal – campaign flow, TOFU, MOFU, BOFU plans
  • Detailed Segmentation proposal (segment size, type, etc.)
  • Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyze and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimizing plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches.
  • Ensure proper result monitoring of all campaigns/projects managed. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assesse against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead campaign team delivery, oversee creative production, coordinate implementation, track performance, and manage campaign execution and timelines for success.
  • Offer strategic guidance for optimization, conducts assessments, provides insights, makes data-driven decisions, stays current with industry trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance campaign strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • 7+ years proven track record in marketing within the technology sector including GTM strategy development and strategic planning, brand, product value proposition and messaging, content development, activity/campaign design, direct & digital marketing, social media,
  • Superior communication (verbal, written, presentation) and analytical skills demonstrating strong financial management acumen.
  • Ability to develop new methods and big ideas, strong innovative and creative thinking ability.
  • Strong process and effective project management skills driving execution cross- functionally with competing deadlines and priorities. Ability to work strategically and tactically.
  • Highly results-driven, customer-centric, collaborative
  • Strong reporting cadence with attention to pipeline numbers and optimization of funnel metrics
  • Experience across the core Martech capabilities, CRM, CMS, marketing automation.
