Candidate must be well versed in Thai cuisine and the ingredients needed.
He/She must be able to stock check raw ingredients and order ingredients. Duties also include maintaining cost efficiency.
Candiate is required to work together with junior staffs as a team for pre-preparation of raw ingredients.
Candidate is to be prepared for harsh kitchen environment.
Candidate is required to keep the kitchen clean (free from grease and oil) at end of day when restaurant is closed.
