Director of Customer Operations & Information Technology

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Customer Operations & Information Technology to oversee and lead our IT department, Pharmacy Automation operations, and support teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient operations, strategic leadership, and effective management of resources while overseeing all aspects of our Company's IT operations, and strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the Pharmacy Automation operations and support in Singapore.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture focused on delivering superior service and support.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer operations.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Robotics operations in Singapore and across all of our regional offices in Asia and Australia.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Manage IT operations, including help desk support, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT issues.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
  • Optimize IT resources and investments to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for data protection and security.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on project requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Revise and/ or formulate relevant policies and promote their implementation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Company.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a senior leadership role with a track record in successfully leading IT teams, managing customer and IT operations in a complex organization.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications, including cloud-based technologies and cybersecurity.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and developing high-performance teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategies into operational plans and actions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
