Job Description & Requirements
- Issue delivery order & invoice to customers
- On-site visit customer, check goods quantity and display the goods to rack
- Booth set-up, space planning and design for Promotion Sales at customer's place
- Good organisation & planning skills
- Working with designers to produce materials with visual impact
- Creativity, writing and design skills
- Adaptalibility and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Bilingual
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Ensure all sales transactions are recorded and updated in accounting systems
- Ensure customers’ invoices are checked appropriately to the supporting documents and recorded into system and filing of related documentsaccurately and timely
- Handle inquiries from customers on billing issues, promotion items, delivery disputes, complaints and outstanding balances
- Update receipts from customers on a timely basis
- Prepare the statement of accounts and send it to customers on a timely basis and follow up closely on customers' repayment
- Provide Customer Aging reports, promotion sales reports and marketing survey analysis
- Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned to support Finance, Adversiting & Promotion Department
- Able to complete the tasks in a tight deadline
- 5.5 days work per week and willing to work on weekend and Public Holiday
- Possess a Class 3 Driving licence, own vehicle is prefered
