Responsilities
- Support Admissions Call-Centre operations
- Handle Admissions Walk-in Enquiries (Counter Service)
- Support Admissions processing and interview administration (ie. administrative, logistical and other assignments)
- Assist in Open House duties
- General clerical support / office administration
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Minimum qualification with a Diploma.
- Entry level work experience is welcomed.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to talk to customers with confidence, civility and tact.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in MS Office and Email.
