Job Description:
- Attend to requests from customers for vehicle related matter
- Coordinator between workshop, client and operations team
- Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers
- Conduct check on vehicles both when vehicles in and out of the workshop to ensure job is done properly
- Communicate estimated job completion to customers and provide regular updates and follow ups till job completion
- Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle servicing, vehicle repairs and maintenance matters
- Prepare and issue repair work order and invoices to customers
- Recommend suitable products, services and packages to customers
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service; Follow up on any outstanding payments
- Carry out data entry, document filing and organization
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field. Prior experience in Automotive customer service is preferred
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and positive working attitude
- Remuneration will be based on experience
- Working Days (Mon-Fri: 9.30am to 6.30pm, Sat: 9.30am to 1.30pm)
