Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
- Host external meetings with client and internal meetings. Take minutes and follow up with respective stake holder to close out on the action points.
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing & document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team
- Create and maintain useful databases for the team
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
Requirements
Min N Level/ Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
Able to work independently and as a team
