- Responsible for the overall technical adherence of the services.
- Procedure preparation pertaining to all the Testing and Inspection Methods based on the contract requirements.
- To make procedure amendments and make sure that the procedure approval is obtained from the client.
- To ensure that the procedure is validated to the utmost satisfaction of the client.
- To ensure that the technician utilizes all the approved parameters while testing during the entire project execution.
- To conduct the interview while selecting technicians / senior technicians.
- To identify the training need of the technical team members of the organization.
- To make sure that all the equipment’s are always calibrated.
- Maintaining required technical codes, standards, project specification and procedures and provide access to the technician’s time to time during the projects based on the requirements.
- Liaison with the client pertaining to all technical issues and responsible for the technical adherence of the contract.
- Responsible for the purchasing functions (Equipment’s, consumables, accessories, etc.)
- For raising or verifying the purchasing order to the suppliers and to make sure that all the technical requirements are addressed in the Purchase Order (PO) appropriately
- Preparation of Written practice.
- Conducting required training and qualify the technicians based on the written practice.
- Conduct Initial certification, technical performance evaluation, recertification as per the written practice.
- Maintaining all the Certifications records of personnel and present those records during the client audits.
- Responsible for periodical review of all Testing and Inspection Procedures & Written practice.
- Motivate and lead the Department to achieve set targets and initiate necessary actions as required.
- To provide any technical support required for the Operations team and to clarify the technical queries from the site during the projects.
- Responsible for review and disposition of Non-Conformance Report (NCRs).
- To take corrective action in case of any Non conformances pertaining to his activity.
- Analyze all non-conformities identified in the project with Operation Supervisor and report to Director.
- Participate in the Certification Body audit / Accreditation Body audit to represent technical function.
- Follow all other Safety requirements & environment Protection requirements in the performance of assigned duties.
- To take all precautions to protect the environment.
- Supplier Evaluation and Registration for Equipment and Consumables.
- Preparing Master list of Suppliers / Sub- Contractors for Equipment and Consumables.
- Offer placing to suppliers for Equipment and Consumables.
- Verification and negotiation of supplier quotations for Equipment and Consumables.
- Liaison to all suppliers in regarding discrepancies in supplies for Equipment and Consumables.
- Responsible for defect free purchased products for Equipment and Consumables.

- Requirements:
- ASNT LEVEL III In UT, PT, MT, RT, ET, VT.
- PCN / CSWIP LEVEL II/III in PAUT & TOFD.
