Job Description:
- Preparation of Sub-Contracts for the project
- Cost estimation & measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Manage contracts for the project
- Handle issues within the project related to Extension of Time, Terms & Conditions, loss and expense claim, etc.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in QS or Engineering
- At least 5 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or land reclamation projects
- Knowledgeable of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration
- Has time management skill and keen to detail
- Project site at Changi area
- Contract duration of 3 years
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week
