Responsibilities:
Maintenance & System Activities:
· Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed promptly in good quality
· Providing support to Customer for any System security review and audit activities
· Review and refine SOPs in place
Incident Management:
· Ensure 24/7 Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met as the system is a mission critical Ops system
· Maintaining a log of all support cases, the time taken to resolve them, and the solutions. For problems that require third party contractors for troubleshooting and rectification, Project Manager shall follow through with the third party contractors.
· Provide Incident Reports with root cause analysis and resolution details.
Change Request:
· Manage Change Requests and implementation of Change Request. Note that there may be urgent CRs that need to be assessed and communicated with customer with short turnaround time.
Project Management:
· Provide monthly reports on time and conduct regular meetings with customer for updates
Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines.
- Maintenance Manager. Preferably with experience managing large scale IT enterprise project (>15M$).
- ossess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
