- Key Responsibilities:
1. KYC and Account Opening: Conduct thorough KYC procedures to gather client information and required documentation for account opening. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to collect necessary information and address any inquiries or concerns regarding account opening procedures.
3. Bank Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with banks, coordinating account opening processes and resolving any issues or discrepancies as needed.
4. Compliance Oversight: Assist in maintaining compliance standards by staying informed of regulatory updates and ensuring adherence to industry guidelines. Collaborate with the compliance team to implement and enforce compliance protocols.
5. Financial Reporting: Work closely with the finance department to track investment returns, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
6. Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of financial products and services to support the trading desk in submitting operations and completing research data.
7. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in organizing presentations and providing relevant financial information to clients as needed.
