Job Description
• Responsible for supporting the successful execution of all architectural activities of the Company's Tender and assigned Project(s)
• Review, update, coordinate, verify and generate all architectural works, shop drawings issued are in compliance to the defined project requirement and specification
• Build strong working relationship with the client/QP representative/Consultant/Contractor/Other trades
• Provide regular progress report to the Project Lead In-Charge
• Support and arrange for necessary inspections as and when required
• Ensure all project operation are in compliance to the Company QMS standard requirement
• Keep record of the daily manpower and productivity
• Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at target schedule
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Building/Architecture
• Good technical knowledge of Architectural/ID fit out Works
• Local building regulation knowledge, submission and tender drawing experience
• Good communication skill (verbal/written) and a Team Player
• Self-driven and independent with sense of urgency to meet deadlines
