1. Support and value-add to the organization’s IT strategy and activities to meet the company’s objectives and operations.
2. Provide system administration and maintenance support to servers, network equipment, peripheral devices, surveillance system, PABX systems, office equipment, etc.
3. Monitor equipment health daily, which includes but not limited to disk space, CPU and memory utilization.
4. Provide desktop support to end users.
5. Managed outsourced cloud service provider, maintaining SLAs, server/appliance uptime.
6. Liaise with vendors for maintenance, support, and problem resolution.
7. Participate in business and IT projects, providing advice to company on IT infrastructure best practices, and contributing to the projects in the infrastructure space.
8. Procure and dispose assets.
9. Create/maintain documentations on procedures, guidelines, and standards.
10. Perform all tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Personal Data Protection Act
11. Adhere to Company’s policies (including PDPA and staff-related) and procedures diligently, carry out duties in accordance with the specified service level and in good governance, observe client’s information confidentiality, and conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external parties.
12. Any other jobs and duties as and when assigned.
Job Pre-Requisites
Technical Competencies
- Good knowledge in HyperV, VLAN, Windows networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, VPN, Microsoft 365 Exchange.
- Good to have: Some knowledge in IT security, firewall/router/switches configuration and domain authentication.
Core Competencies
- A good team player with ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-tasks, perform under pressure.
The successful candidate will partner with another IT Infrastructure executive, together with the other IT specialists to support the company’s mission and vision.
