Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE School. If you are selected, You will work closely with the Operations Manager & Admin Manager in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Bukit Gombak) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Locking of the school in the evening.
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors
- Cleaning of rooms
- Clearing of waste bins
- Any other operational support required by Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school education.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to converse in English and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player.
- Able to work in a fast- paced environment where under pressure.
- Candidates preferably have at least 3 years’ experience working in a local environment.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2026 (period of 2 years).
Working Days and Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Fridays: 10.00am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
