Job Responsibilities
- Providing daily support to ensure smooth operation of daily work
- Handling enquiries & to assist to rectify any potential issues
- Assisting in the overall running of system operations
- To attend to operational matters as and when deemed necessary and make prompt decisions to mitigate any disruptions to the overall operations
- Check that all tender amount declaration is done correctly and ensure that the tender-to-date amount tallies with the bank-in to-date amount
- To verify daily cash collection tally with the report at the end of the shift
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years of Cashiering / Customer Service experience
- Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
- Jurong East MRT (transport provided) / Tuas Link MRT
- 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
- 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (2hrs break)
- Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus!
- Uniform, Training provided!
