- Drive and create long-term financial plans that align with the company's overall strategic objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Identify and evaluate fund raising plans including equity, debt, grants, and alternative financing.
- Evaluate, lead or manage Merger and Acquisition (M&A) opportunities or Pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO) process to create shareholder value.
- Drive forecasting and budgeting to align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business and ensuring that budgets are sustainable to match strategic goal.
- Provide financial modeling techniques to identify company’s key financial performance and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Identify financial risks and define strategies for risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide expertise tax planning, including transfer pricing, for the organization.
- Identify financial and non-financial drivers of a business to drive and forecast company performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in financial leadership roles, including experience with IPO processes in Singapore or other regional countries.
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and financial governance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and proven ability to secure funding.
