Job Description:
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP GRC Access Control / SAP Security &
Authorizations. - Designs Technical & Business Roles, while also performing analyzing of the Access Risks involved related to SOD, Critical Access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business and IT support teams to provide
and deliver a quality, secured Access Control solution. - Implement Access Control enhancements to fulfill specific user access
management requirements. - Provide third level support for SAP Security including user administration,
role administration, and customer services when required. - Works with business and project teams to troubleshoot issues with security
objects and identify and implement appropriate solutions. - Recommends security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
Requirements:
- At least 4 full cycle SAP implementations including implementation &
S/4HANA upgrades. - Knowledge of SAP security authorization concept, as well as design and
implementation methodology. - Technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems (e.g., S/4, ECC, BI/BW, CRM, SCM, Process Orchestration, Fiori, SAP HANA etc.)
- Experience in designing, configuring and Implementing SAP GRC Access
Request Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency
Access Management (EAM). - Experience in building SOD rule set, configuring rule set in SAP GRC 12.0
systems and full understanding of user/role level risk analysis. - Knowledge of HANA Database roles, privileges and schemas using HANA
studio. - Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive
transactions analysis, basic SAP development (e.g., ABAP integration points),
SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application
Server, NetWeaver, HANA. - Excellent written, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualifications: Desired Candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline with 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC with very good understanding /skills in SAP ECC.
- SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP Solution Manager and CUA Authorizations
concepts, Roles, Profiles and User Administration. - Should be able to interact with business and handle projects independently.
- Resource with technical skills, effective communication skills, working SAP
functional knowledge (RTR, OTC & PTP) and who understands and responds to the business needs with solutions. He/she needs to have knowledge about SoX compliance, SoDs and audit requirements. - Experience in SAP best practices and process changes from SAP compliance
and governance perspective. - Expert skills and understanding on the SoD concept, Risk Management and
Mitigation processes. - Familiarity with SAP Enterprise Threat Detection (ETD).
- Define, design and Drive compliance and governance processes within SAP/
Major Platforms. - Experience in SAP GRC Access control and in-depth knowledge in all modules.
- SAP GRC Process control experience (preferred).
