- Review Circuitry/Book Wirings (BOW) to
- Write method statements, test checklists, test procedures and relevant technical documents.
- Identify Circuit Dependencies
- Identify implementation circuit sequence
- Review and preparation with Design team BOW before work commencement
- Identify Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Defining the prerequisites and the priorities for the T&C planning.
- Managing the interfaces with the different entities.
- Plan and coordinate the site tests.
- Conduct Circuit testing (through and Function test)
- Organizing the "readiness reviews" before the systems tests; and following up on the corrective actions mandatory before the systems tests start.
- Participate the T&C Meetings to review requirements for T&C activities.
- Produce and issue the T&C 4 Week Look Ahead planning.
- Maintain the site always neat.
- Able to understand the regulations and requirements of local electrical practice and customer requirements.
- Prepare red markup drawings according to the site condition and approved modification.
- Able to learn and pick up cut-in/cut-out circuits for new systems or reroute cables/systems that required testing and commissioning.
Required Skills/Attributes
- Minimum Academic Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering
Past Experience
- Minimum 2 Year Experience in Design of Signalling Circuitry OR
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Testing & Commissioning Engineer in Signaling Companies OR
- Minimum 2 years experience in Re-Signaling Circuitry Modification/Migration Works
- Able to read the electrical scheme drawings and make necessary corrections when required.
- Familiar with working in and around live electrified railway systems.
- Hands-on experience in using Test Equipment like Multimeter, Scopemeter, etc.
- Familiar with military codes for clarity of communication between teams
