You will work closely with senior executives, as well as designers, engineers, marketeers, contractors, etc., to create sustainable products and services that solve real problems and deliver value for all our stakeholders, including our patients, customers, community, partners, and internal and external businesses stakeholder.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate to partners and investors the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's mission, vision and goals
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, engineers, etc. to ensure alignment of digital, data and technology infrastructure and platform that is monetisable as Saas (Service as a solution) and deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- As part of FTS’s USP (Unique Selling Point) and Integrated Value Chain, developed an in-house integrated data analytic platform that enables our people across the entities to perform business analysis and derive insights to make data-driven decisions and evolve FHPL to be a data driven organisation
- To lead the company’s digital transformation strategy to equip the company with : − 360 degree view of our patients for redefining experience at every point of the patient’s journey
- big data analytics capability to drive targeted marketing and direct bookings
- loyalty programme that serves not only to promote direct bookings but also reward green behaviour
- A Fullerton healthcare app that incorporates booking, social media feeds, in-patient workflow and loyalty functions
- Align technological initiatives to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience so as to create competitive advantages for FH to be a market leader
- Work closely with FH functional departments and clusters to innovate and implement tech and digital tools and develop effective use cases to enable them to drive business outcome
- Clear understanding of the business side of technology and specific patient’s behaviour in different countries so that informed technology decisions can be made to drive business outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies in the product domain and conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to innovate products and services and ensure alignment and coordination of product development efforts
- Define and implement best practices and processes for product management
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business value and customer feedback
- Support implementation and innovation, consumer and corporate business data analytics and B2B2C businesses to drive revenue
- Take on the responsibility to ensure that FTS complies with rules and regulations on tech and digital, including data privacy and protection, and that relevant policies and procedures are in place
