Core Responsibilities:
Operations Support
To ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales
To handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders
To liaise with vendors to resolve all leadtime issues of equipment and negotiation of project prices and payment terms
To monitor project status and forecast project risks and take preventive measures
To work closely with Finance Team on invoicing status and cashflow projections
To ensure all suppliers’ price book are updated and made available to the sales team
To ensure inventory are all accounted for and kept to minimum at all times
To ensure all maintenance contracts are recorded in systems and information made available to Services Sales and Post Sales team at all times
To ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process to project and project to post sales
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with order management / supply chain management in a project based company
Strong interpersonal skills, such as face-to-face, email, phone-based communication skills
Good planning, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Diploma in any discipline
Min 1 year experience in similar role
