Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Client Support Administrators. Available immediately or within short notice preferred. Training will be provided.

Working Hours:

· Monday to Friday

Full – Time Employment

Job Scope

· Responsible for all aspects of sales documentations (quotations/purchase orders/ sales orders / invoices).

· Submitting offers, collection of overdue, ensuring timely deliveries, ensure post sales services are offered.

· Service existing accounts, obtain new orders and organizing daily work schedule.

Required Qualifications

· 1 years working experience

· Must be PC literate and well versed in MS Excel, Word

· Technical / Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous

(Training will be provided for non-experienced candidates)

Other Requirements

· Candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Should be a fast learner with a strong ability to multitask

· Candidate should be customer oriented.

· Have a kind disposition and be a good team player.

· Preferably staying in the Northern area.
