- Source materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications / samples
- Vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors
- Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, production, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
- Issue purchase orders and follow-up on outstanding purchase orders.
- Documentation & filing of purchases and quotations / ensure that parts purchases are updated in project costings.
- Delivery & Collection of Parts / Materials/ Equipment as when required
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task, organized and work independently
- experience in working with automotive spare parts environement will be an advantage
- fresh graduate without experience with a willingness to learn are most welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Confidential in dealing with sensitive matters.
- Good communication skills are desired.
- Singapore Class 3 Manual Driving License required
