Job Description:
- Prepare general sea freight import/export documentation when and as required.
- Perform custom permit declaration and bill of lading.
- Prepare and send booking advice to client.
- Liaise closely with various stakeholders including customs agents, and freight forwarders to coordinate shipment logistics.
- Prepare invoicing and coordinate in delivery arrangement.
- Send pre-alert to overseas agents and offices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Custom permit declaration experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with sea freight import / export shipment procedure and documentation
- Knowledge in MS Office
