Job Description:
- Design innovative, intuitive user experiences for a wide range of applications, adhering to a human-centered design methodology. Your designs should be well-justified and validated by users.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create and apply effective design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with other UX/UI designers to produce captivating user interfaces for various websites and mobile apps, aligning with Singapore Airlines' established design language system.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in user experience design, incorporating these insights into your work to keep our offerings at the cutting edge.
- Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and insights, using the results to refine and enhance designs.
- Engage in usability test scripting and planning for user experience projects.
- Advocate for the importance of superior user experience design among stakeholders, demonstrating how it contributes to the overall success of our products.
- Generate wireframes, mock-ups, rapid prototypes, and responsive designs for a variety of operating systems and devices.
- Perform any relevant ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- A degree with 3-5 years of experience in user experience and human-centered design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating user-centric design solution.
- High level of creativity, problem-solving aptitude, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with design systems and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience in conducting usability tests and using the insights to improve designs.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
