Job Description:
- To provide full business development administration and operational support to department.
- To liaise and quoting for both overseas agents and local customers.
- To handle all enquiries from overseas agents and local customers and follow up with shipment activations.
- To handle shipment (i.e. providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing instructions etc) and follow through with entire shipping procedures for sea freight shipment (i.e. from create of shipping instructions, to liaising shipping activities, and billing/recovery).
- To improve and grow business development and maintain relations with overseas agents.
- To constantly review airfreight cost and handling charges, ensuring that updated rates are sent to key overseas agents monthly, and enhance the work process and increase productivity.
- To provide and oversee sales leads to overseas agents and keep track of the progresses and outcomes.
- To monitor the performance of identified overseas agents adn draft email for managements to send to agents.
- To compile statistics of overseas agent and produce analytics reports for management / or upon departmental requests.
- Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.
- To resolve any dispute and issues by agents and customers, in order to maintain a high level of service quality.

- To handle anyad-hoc projetcs/ assignment from time to time.
- Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.
