Our client, a leading player in the B2B information and services space is on the lookout for an Event Operations Executive. This is a regional role that would manage a wide spectrum of virtual events across the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to an Event Operations Manager, you will be planning events and assisting in the planning and execution of events organised.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for vendor research and gathering of quotations
• Planning out project timeline and setting of deadlines
• Developing content on virtual event platforms through collateral and distributing it at the events.
• Liaising with the AV vendor on the event logistics
• Providing technical support on site prior and during event days.
• Preparation of post-event report and analysis of data.
• Managing project P&Ls and ensuring that expenses are kept within the budget.
• Guiding sponsors through the virtual event process.
• Overseeing and coordination of the video content creation between sponsors and video editors
• Keeping up on latest trends in the event technology market and sharing new ideas to the business.
Your profile:
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event or project management
• Excellent time management and budget management skills
• Self-driven personality, ability to work independently or as a team
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Tech savvy and eagerness to bring innovative ideas to the company.
• Ability to handle multiple events concurrently, multi-task and work well under pressure.
