Job Responsibilities:
- Handle import and export documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading & Arrival Notices).
- Book shipments with shipping lines.
- Coordinate with transporters on the delivery process.
- Ensure customer shipments are processed promptly and accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing & Prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain and manage filing for completed shipments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge.
- Training and support provided.
