About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Area Franchise Manager to join the team in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of a designated portfolio of franchise stores in Singapore.
You will provide leadership, support, and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve their sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new franchisees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for maximizing sales and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels across franchise stores.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Participate in regional meetings and share best practices with other Area Franchise Managers.
- Manage budgets and develop financial reports for your area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a franchise environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitability goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
