We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for Paragon.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers’ traffic and increase tenant sales
- Plan and execute all A&P campaigns, events, and other related promotional activities for the mall
- Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors, and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Track and manage marketing budget
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in a retail environment
- Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
