Job Description:
- Excellent relationship building with clients for renovation projects.
- To communicate with client effectively on project progress
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to meet budgetary and technical requirements
- Assist in managing design development & site implementation from inception through completion
- Prompt delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality
- Positive Attitude, Sales driven and Highly Self Motivated.
Requirements:
- Sales consultant or interior design background would be ideal.
- Candidates with background in home furnishing
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client relationship building and management.
- Well spoken in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
- Background in sales in Hotels and (or) serviced apartments and (or) Hospitality industry would be a plus
- Understanding of space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential and commercial
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate thoughts & ideas effectively.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to Multi-task and meet tight schedule.
- Team player and Goal driven.
