about the job:
- Assimilate the banking business knowledge & logic and implement the understanding into data solution.
- Independently handle business stakeholders and translate business requirements into analytical specifications for development & implementation.
- E2E handle BI & Data solution project from pain point discovery till end solution implementation.
- Explore & uncover actionable insight, tapping on which business team can set data-driven enhancement direction.
- Train and help business users to adopt data-driven mindset through project initiation & Implementation.
skills and experience required:
- Diploma or plus in Info Tech / Statistics domain.
- Strong in SQL, Python & Data Visualization tools.
- Proven project experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics related domain
- Background in banking & fintech will be a plus.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset; equipped to deal with ambiguous problem statements and make insightful assumptions
