- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities management service to our client, managing camps that focus on Outdoor Adventures Activities.
- Develop and maintain partnership with the client, main contractors and/or vendors.
- Responsible for the management of facilities services to our client.
- Recommend and implement improvement works at the Client’s premises to meet service standards.
- Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.
- Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified preferably in a Building/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Having a Class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
